Meet at the Trail Head at North End of Parcels Road

Please bring:    Mosquito Repellant, Water, Gloves, and your favorite clippers, limb saw, hedge trimmer, weed wacker, etc.

Good News:  Our Parks Department has used their Road Machine to cutback brush on the passable logging roads. Thus, we will focus on the side trails.

Specific Tasks:

Clear encroaching brush & ferns– (2 persons teams).  

Required:  Clippers; Hand Cycle; Weed Eaters; power hedge trimmer.

Clear fallen limbs, and a couple small logs and debris on NW loop trail 

      Required: Limb Saw and clippers

Repair erosion and ruts near Eglon /Hoffman Rd. end of trail.  Dig cross trail ditches to divert water running down the trail.

Required:  Shovels & Rakes

Improve path over ditch at Hoffman Rd. trail head

We will consider positioning a car at the Hoffman Rd trail entrance, and exchange keys so that a group on the NW loop trail can drive back to Parcels.

Early Bird Registration:  Register before May 1st, 2025 to secure entry fee of $150 per golfer.  All early bird registrants will be entered in a drawing for a round of golf for two!  There will be two drawings on the day of the tournament. 

Registration fee will increase to $160 after May 1st, 2025

Join us for the 18th Annual Rotary Golf Classic on Friday, June 20th.  Shotgun start is 10:30 am.  The morning starts with breakfast followed by fun activities, contests and food along the course and ends with the After Party.  Enjoy food, beverages, music and more fun and celebrate tournament winners.  Let your friends know, form a team, and prepare to have fun!  We’ve got our order in for fantastic weather.  Oh, and don’t forget to buy tickets for your family and friends to enjoy the after party!
